Abstract

Six in every ten workers will require skill training before 2027, however, only three of them are seen to have access to training opportunities. In this talk, I will discuss how to use AI and robots to fill the shortages of teachers and training opportunities in the context of workforce training. The first half of the talk will focus on the paradigm of interactive teaching for human-robot teamwork. The second half will focus on the development of a robotic tutoring system for clinical nurse training.
