On Friday, August 19, 2022, the Office of Technology Transfer and Innovation team hosted their annual back to school networking event at the 海角社区 Technology Bridge.
These events connect the technology bridge startup community with faculty, IP attorneys and other business stakeholders in the area.
鈥淲e wanted to thank our startup companies for choosing the UH Technology Bridge. This event was also held to appreciate all the UH support staff that help us with the operations of the incubator and labs,鈥� said the associate director of startup development, Tanu Chatterji.
This year, the event was catered by a local food truck, Allseason Eats. There were over 100 attendees. Over lunch, attendees caught up with those they knew, met those they didn鈥檛 and engaged in conversations about the new school year and upcoming projects.
鈥淭his event was a huge success, and we will organize more events like these in the future as we collectively work to build the UH innovation ecosystem,鈥� Chatterji said.
