Email Account
All UH students, faculty and staff receive a .
Current students, faculty and staff also receive an Exchange email account. The Exchange mail server can be accessed via Outlook, which provides a single location for organizing and managing day-to-day information, from email and calendars to contacts and task lists.
The email can also be accessed using a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
To access your Exchange email online:
- Log into
- Enter your CougarNet credentials
- Authenticate with Two-Factor Authentication
- Once inside AccessUH, click the UH email icon (Note: If needed, you may have to authenticate with Two-Factor Authentication again)
